Free Recipe Nutrition Label Generator

Paste your recipe's ingredients and get an FDA-style Nutrition Facts label in seconds — powered by USDA data.

Download it as an image or embed it directly in your blog post. Made for food bloggers, recipe developers, and anyone who wants real numbers on their recipes.

1. Paste your ingredients

Copy the ingredient list straight from your recipe — quantities, units, and all. "2 cups rolled oats" and "1 tbsp olive oil" both work fine.

2. We do the math

Each ingredient is matched against USDA FoodData Central, converted to grams, and totaled per serving with FDA rounding rules and % Daily Values.

3. Download or embed

Save the label as an image for Pinterest and recipe cards, or copy the embed code to show a live label in your blog post.

How accurate are the nutrition facts?

Nutrition data comes from USDA FoodData Central wherever possible, with AI-assisted estimates as a fallback for uncommon ingredients. Values follow FDA rounding rules. The results are careful estimates for content creators — not a substitute for laboratory analysis or regulatory compliance testing.

Is it free?

Yes — generate one label per day free, or five per day with a free Eat Well Planner account. Image downloads are always free, and free accounts include 3 hosted blog embeds.

Can I embed the label on my blog?

Yes. With a free account, every label gets a copy-paste embed code that works in WordPress and any other platform that allows iframes. Embedded labels are interactive — your readers can tap any nutrient to see which ingredients it comes from — and stay hosted by us, so they load fast and never break your layout.
