Ingredients
- 3 unit egg
- 120 grams cottage cheese
Instructions
- Place the eggs in the blender jug, add the cottage cheese, and blend until you have a smooth, lump-free mixture.
- Heat a nonstick pan with a few drops of oil. Using a ladle, pour a portion of the batter into the center and tilt the pan to spread it evenly across the surface.
- Cook over medium heat until the edges start to lift and the surface sets.
- Flip the crepe with a spatula or carefully with your fingers, brown the other side, and remove.
- Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve the crepes and add your favorite fillings, sweet or savory.
