Ingredients

  • 3 unit egg
  • 120 grams cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in the blender jug, add the cottage cheese, and blend until you have a smooth, lump-free mixture.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan with a few drops of oil. Using a ladle, pour a portion of the batter into the center and tilt the pan to spread it evenly across the surface.
  3. Cook over medium heat until the edges start to lift and the surface sets.
  4. Flip the crepe with a spatula or carefully with your fingers, brown the other side, and remove.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve the crepes and add your favorite fillings, sweet or savory.
