Golden Chicken & Avocado Whole-Wheat Wraps
These vibrant wraps feature shredded chicken mixed with anti-inflammatory spices, creamy avocado and crunchy walnuts, all rolled in whole-wheat tortillas for a satisfying, nutrient-packed meal.

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 0.3333333 cup whole milk plain Greek-style yogurt, strained
- 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 0.75 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.75 teaspoon ground cumin
- 0.75 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup canned chickpea (no salt added), rinsed
- 0.5 cup walnut, chopped
- 0.3333333 cup raisin, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 large avocado
- 4 9-inch tortillas whole-wheat tortilla
- 2 cup spring mix salad green
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek-style yogurt, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, cumin, turmeric and salt until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Add the shredded chicken, rinsed chickpeas, chopped toasted walnuts, chopped raisins, shallots and cilantro to the bowl and stir until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Thinly slice the avocado. Lay one tortilla flat, top it with ½ cup of spring mix, a quarter of the avocado slices and about ½ cup of the chicken mixture. Fold in the sides and roll up like a burrito. Repeat with the remaining tortillas, greens, avocado and chicken salad. Cut each wrap in half across the middle before serving.
